I have also had a consultation with Dr Natalie regarding another treatment, she was again very professional, gave honest and helpful advice and because of our conversation, I went to my GP to request something that came up during the conversation. The kindness, professionalism, and support shown throughout the entire process have been outstanding. Customer service is clearly a priority here, and the team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure you have the best possible experience.

A special mention must go to Louise, who carried out my treatments. She truly has the hands of an angel. Her calm, reassuring nature, gentle touch, and warm demeanour immediately put me at ease. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answer any questions I had, and ensure I felt comfortable throughout the procedure.
