I have just had my first endolift at Puremed aesthetics performed by Nafisa
There is only one word to sum this up “WOW”

I have tried many different treatments over the years - fillers / Botox / threadlifts / hifu but honestly nothing compares to this.

There is an instant impact with skin tightening and lifting and this is only the beginning - as the collagen production goes into overdrive it will improve the skins firmness even more.

And it’s painless.! The anaesthetic stung slightly but Nafisa is a wizard at getting you totally numb so I felt nothing at all throughout the 60 minute procedure.

I left with tiny clear plasters on the entry sites and was confident enough to pop into a supermarket on my way home.

Aftercare is straight forward with some ice packs in the first 24 hours to limit swelling and I took Arnica tablets for a week before to minimise any bruising
So far so good and 3 hours post treatment the anaesthetic has worn off. No swelling of note with only tiny signs of bruising around the entry points.
It really is like a mini facelift with none of the downtime or painfull recovery and an awful lot cheaper too.
I am 57 and my main concern was lower face jowls and general laxity.
I now have a jawline and no jowls
Nafisa is the consummate professional - she puts you at ease and explains all elements of the procedure and having had it herself understands exactly what you will feel.
I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to turn back the clock a little.
