She informed me of what I needed .. what I didn’t need (pure honesty) and what was optional to me. The setting of her clinic is so clean beautiful and peaceful the moment I stepped in I automatically felt at ease and comfortable. There was a lot of info to take in however all very easy to understand and things i was able to implement pretty much straight away for that change I’m in need of. Excellent communication throughout- she even sent a video on how to find the clinic and was always quick to reply post treatment for any questions I had. Considering it was a giveaway win, she still managed to fit me in at a time that was convenient for me.
The treatment (skin peel) was all explained clearly, done carefully and she didn’t rush through it.
The clinic itself is also very clean, warming and welcoming- not your typical all white clinic.
