Had a great experience with Nabila - she spent plenty of time explaining skincare and the reality of what can be achieved. Excellent communication throughout- she even sent a video on how to find the clinic and was always quick to reply post treatment for any questions I had. Considering it was a giveaway win, she still managed to fit me in at a time that was convenient for me.
The treatment (skin peel) was all explained clearly, done carefully and she didn’t rush through it.
The clinic itself is also very clean, warming and welcoming- not your typical all white clinic.

I really appreciated there was no pressure to book a treatment after my consultation. As we had an extensive consultation, I was also sent all the information through email after our consultation so I could make my own decision with which treatment(s) I wanted to go ahead with.
During the treatment itself, Nabila was gentle and reassuring, and shared lots of helpful advice throughout.

What I appreciated most was her honesty. She made it clear that we should avoid anything drastic and start slowly, especially considering my sensitive skin and the fact that I’m awaiting other medical treatments. I never felt pressured to buy any products either.
I felt left feeling well informed and reassured in the plan going forward. Highly recommend.

Nabila was fantastic at my treatment today. She put me at ease from walking through the door. She explained the procedure and after care in detail and even messaged me a few hours later to check how I was feeling.

From the moment I walked in for my consultation, having my treatment and then the after care Nabila has been absolutely fantastic.
