My experience with Marie has been wonderful every time. I initially went in for a Botox consultation and had my treatment done today. During the consultation we discussed my individual requirements not only for Botox but my skin in general in great detail and I left the initial consultation having picked up some great information and resources. She goes above and beyond and even sent me a personalised information sheet on the things I should focus on in my skincare routine. She is extremely attentive to personal expectations and doesn't use a one size fits all mentality, I couldn’t recommend her enough! Show less »

I couldn’t praise Marie more - not just for the work she’s done, but also for the consultation, affirmation, aftercare, and continued support throughout.

I’d never had any aesthetic work done before and made this clear during our initial consultation. I’d wanted something done for years but felt apprehensive about being sold to - worried that someone might point out every flaw and capitalise on my insecurities by pushing unnecessary treatments. My experience with Marie was the complete opposite.

From the start, she was open, realistic, and incredibly considerate of my fears. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted, explained why she was suggesting certain approaches, and how they would impact the overall result. She also talked me through alternative options without ever pushing treatments I didn’t need. Knowing I was a cosmetic “virgin,” she emphasised the importance of starting small and reassessing at the follow-up, making sure I wouldn’t feel shocked by a sudden change in my face. I felt guided and supported, never rushed.

During both the initial appointment and the follow-up (which she made sure to book once everything had properly settled), Marie went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. It’s clear she has an NHS background, and at no point did I feel pressured, judged, or upsold. Instead, I felt genuinely cared for by someone who knew the safest and most effective way to help me achieve the result I wanted.

She is also just such a warm, friendly person that, as an anxious client, I felt completely at ease in her care.

As for the work itself, I couldn’t be happier. Marie talked me through every step, counted down before each injection, and consistently checked in to make sure I was okay. She even let me nip to the loo mid-session, despite it meaning she had to restart her hygiene protocol (sorry, again!).

Afterwards, I’ve never felt so confident. Marie takes her time and is a self-proclaimed perfectionist, with a deep understanding of facial structure and how to achieve natural, balanced results. I’m genuinely chuffed with how everything has turned out.

All in all, Marie has given me a face I feel proud of, without ever making me feel like my insecurities were something to be taken advantage of. If anything, she’s been a real cheerleader for my confidence, while still understanding my concerns and offering thoughtful, realistic solutions. I’m not only thrilled with the results, but with the entire experience.

I wouldn’t go to anyone else - I’m convinced I’ve found an absolute gem. Thank you so much, Marie. Show less »
