Now I live in Scotland, but when I am around in Charlwood area seeing freinds, I always make sure I see her for a check up and top up if needed. Nobody does it like Lucy. Simply the best. As you can see from my first review, I have been seeing Lucy for regular treatments for more than 2 years. Now I live in Scotland, but when I am around in Charlwood area seeing freinds, I always make sure I see her for a check up and top up if needed. Nobody does it like Lucy. Simply the best. And I will see you soon!

Charlwood Aesthetics was recommended to me by a friend and decided to have a first consultation with Lucy. From day 1 she was absolutely wonderful. In a course of two months I saw her 3 times to have Botox and fillers done (with a free top up for both) and I couldn't be happier with the results. I have been to see Lucy for various treatments over the last few months but my resent treatment was the most exciting.

When Lucy told me she was offering tear trough filler treatment I could not wait to book my appointment as the dark circles and lack of fullness has been a big insecurity of mine for years.

Lucy is a true professional, I was really nervous but she made me feel so relaxed throughout the treatment. The clinic is lovely and private with a very calming atmosphere.

The results were instant and just over two weeks later it is still improving.

I highly recommend Charlwood Aesthetic and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you Lucy. Show less »

Having finally decided that the time had come to deal with my ever deepening wrinkles, crows feet and sunken cheeks I was recommended Lucy at Charlswood Aesthetics. I am so thankful for that recommendation as I soon found myself in Lucy's clean and comfortable treatment room, where a warm, friendly and welcoming Lucy soon put me at ease. She explained everything clearly and professionally, she obviously has expert knowledge of her products and procedures and it was apparent that she was capable, confident and competent......exactly the type of person and with skills and knowledge you want for someone approaching your face with a needle! The aftercare advice was given clearly and comprehensively with an open invite to contact Lucy with any concerns or queries. Everything went brilliantly well and I am thrilled with both the results and the professional service that I received and would highly recommend her to others. Unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances I had to rearrange a couple of my appointments, Lucy moved heaven and earth to find an alternative date for me and was always polite when doing so. Even though it must have caused inconvenience for her, she never made me feel that it did and maintained her friendly and professional approach in all conversations and communications.
