After being highly recommended to Lucy, I booked in for my patch test and powders brows. Never had anything like this done before so I was nervous. Lucy is a perfectionist and is the type of person to care more about the results than even you do and that is saying something. Highly professional, reassuring and a really genuine person. I don't like to recommend people in case something goes wrong, however, I would highly recommend Lucy. The salon is clean and calming, just a all round great experience. Thank you so, so, much Lucy 💕

From the moment I walked in such a beautiful calm atmosphere.
I had the most amazing head Spa, neck and shoulder massage.
Lucy is friendly and knowledgeable, explaining in detail what to expect.

starting with the consultation Lucy was very proffessional,but also very kind ,understanding,and very honest.
I went ahead with 2 treatments,through the whole experience .Lucy explained what she was doing,continually checking I was okay,based on that I have now booked for further treatments.

Lucy has just done my powder brows and just over the moon already with the results, Lucy is just so patient and excellent at what she does, also the most sweetest person you could meet.

I went to Lucy for a Japanese head spa and it was fantastic. Think having your hair washed at the hairdressers but on another level, coupled with scalp treatment, a face mask, massage, it was bliss! I don’t often treat myself but I’m so glad I did and glad I picked Lucy. Thank you ✨

I have been going to Lucy for a while now and I can say she is amazing! I always feel comfortable and well informed before any treatments. She is so calm and friendly and always wants to make sure you are happy with the results before you leave due to her being so professional.

Lucy is amazing. So friendly but professional at the same time. I’ve had lips Botox and lashes at different times with her and all were fantastic. Price wise very competitive and reasonable and she always talks me out of having lots of things I think I need. Some places would just take the money but not Lucy.
