I received excellent customer care, with a comprehensive consultation, including information and paperwork which was emailed to me so I could complete it in my own time prior to my appointment. I was given lots of information and advice and felt confident that the treatment being given was by a knowledgeable and competent practitioner. Louise made me feel very comfortable and welcome. She listened carefully to what my needs and expectations were and shared her professional knowledge in an honest and open way. I am thrilled with the results of all my treatments. Louise is absolutely fantastic and super gentle when doing any procedures.
My favourite treatments have definitely been the skin boosters, a total must especially for glowy summer skin.

I have been to this lovely clinic on a few occasions now and had a fantastic experience every time. Louise is amazing at what she does and puts your mind at ease with any procedure you are having done.
I have had 3 area Botox and lip fillers and I absolutely love it.
I have also had Emily sort out my eyebrows and she's is amazing at lashes .

Louise is always fantastic and completely honest about suitable treatments. Loving the new Botox subscription club where I can pay monthly. I had a couple of my treatments through the model price and was really surprised that the full course will be discounted not just the initial treatment. Thank you xx

Massive recommends 💖 Been going for Botox and lip fillers. Louise always manages to put up with me being a needle wimp, and checks in after a few weeks to make sure everything is perfect and to offer free touch ups ✨ Also I’m male, and Louise has been grand at doing the treatments without feminising my face 😎
