I was really hesitant to start doing anything to my face but had insecurities I wanted to chat about. Aimee reached out on instagram and we started talking there first. I booked a consultation and after speaking with Aimee and Ness, I felt so reassured! I told them what I was and wasn’t comfortable doing and they recommended different options to achieving the same goal so I could choose the most comfortable for me. At every stage I always felt like it was my choice and they were so open with me about everything and super patient as I had so many questions. Like a lot of people, I listened to much to online information which can be so misleading! So listening to people who are fully knowledge and really care about you and the outcome was super reassuring. I booked Sculptra with them and they walked me through it every step of the way! Would highly recommend, even if it’s just for an initial chat to learn what your options are :)

Today was my second visit to oracle clinics.
First time I saw Ness- who assessed me and advised me on a course of treatment to help with my skin pigmentation from years of sun damage. I am currently using a prescribed medical grade skin care and we are planning a skin peel to help correct years of damage.

Today was my second visit to oracle clinics.
First time I saw Ness- who assessed me and advised me on a course of treatment to help with my skin pigmentation from years of sun damage. I am currently using a prescribed medical grade skin care and we are planning a skin peel to help correct years of damage.
I’ve known Ness for many years. She is very experienced in her field and is not afraid to say no to treatments not needed or advised which I respect. She has also done a fantastic job of growing her clinic with the addition of new clinicians and new premises.
My second visit was today at the new Beverly hospital in Gateshead with Aimee for polynucleotides. Aimee was welcoming and put me at ease immediately. She explained everything and made sure the whole process was painless !!
I’m looking forward to seeing the end results and have my second session booked in already Show less »

Ness is absolutely amazing at what she does! I went to Ness after having a bad experience with previous filler and she made me feel so at ease throughout the appointment from start to finish. I visited Ness on Saturday following my consultation. I initially went in thinking I needed filler after losing weight, as I thought it might address the changes I wanted to make. However, after Ness’s advice, we decided to go with the Juläine treatment instead. While it takes longer to see the full effect, it’s absolutely worth the wait—filler would have been more of a quick fix and wouldn’t have properly improved the lines on my face.
I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but Ness immediately put me at ease. She is incredibly professional, takes the time to listen to what you want, and gives honest, expert advice. I truly feel that she would say no if a treatment wasn’t right for you, which made me feel completely safe in her hands. It’s clear she genuinely cares about achieving the best outcome, rather than just offering treatments for the sake of it.
If you’re looking to feel good about yourself and want someone you can trust, I would highly recommend seeing Ness. Show less »
