Throughout the treatment, every procedure and product was explained beforehand so I knew exactly what was going to happen and how it would feel. I was a bit worried that the microneedling would hurt but Lisa explained exactly how it would feel, which made me feel so much better. It didn't hurt at all and the face mask afterwards was amazing!!

Lisas treatment room is both warm and inviting but at the same time is very clean and professional. Every need was catered for during my visit, from drinks to cosy blankets and sample creams to take home.
