I was a little nervous beforehand, but she immediately put me at ease — she’s warm, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I never once felt rushed, and she made sure I was comfortable at every step. What I really appreciated was how natural the results look, it’s still me, just fresher and more awake. The whole experience felt calm and reassuring, and I left feeling so confident. I couldn’t recommend Leah highly enough, especially if it’s your first time and you’re feeling a bit unsure.

I’m new to the area and it was my first experience with Dr Alexander. I was looking at getting some Botox, it is not my first time getting treatment and I was very specific to the end result I wanted. Dr Alexander did not disappoint, she took her time, listened and I’m thrilled with the end result. I will definitely use her services regularly from now on.

Leah is so so knowledgeable and gave me so much advice, beyond what she needed to, she genuinely wants to help you with your goals. Leah made me feel more than comfortable and relaxed for what was my first experience of anything like this. Dr Leah is amazing! She really took the time to understand what I wanted, gave me exactly that, and also followed up post treatment to check that I was happy and if I needed a top up.
