Where do I start?! Lauren and her team (including Steph and Megan) bring me so much joy! The whole experience, starting when you first walk into the clinic, is relaxing and professional at the same time. They work wonders. I first visited Dr Lauren a few months before my wedding - with the desire to clear my skin after decades of suffering with hormonal acne. This had made my skin dull, scar ridden and tired. Years of trying various over the counter products and medicines from the NHS had done me no favours.
Dr Lauren's 'holistic' approach to skin care - to work with the skin rather than against it - was so refreshing and I felt I was being truly listened to for the first time in years.

I was first recommended an appointment with the skin suite, to help identify my skin type, further discuss my concerns and try out some lovely products. I knew after this first 'introduction' that this was the place and products that are going to help me! We quickly started on a skincare routine and before not too long, I started to see some real and lasting results! This only got better over time and with the addition of some minor, expertly placed injectables, I finally had the skin I wanted! Skin I had not seen so clear since I was a teenager! Now, I get compliments on my skin, even from strangers! I have been asked what foundation i'm wearing - "none!" was my gleeful answer.
I have got my confidence back - I no longer feel the need to hide my face.

I was recommended Dr Lauren from someone I work with who has been going for years for all sorts of treatments. I have now signed up to the rosacea pathway.
From the first consultation you are greeted warmly. The clinic isn’t like a clinic at all, professional but so warm and inviting.
Dr Lauren herself is really lovely and knowledgeable and you can tell she loves people and wanting them to be their best selves, there is absolutely no pressure to take on anything.
I was invited back for a skin suite starter with again no pressure to commit.
I had already decided I was going to go ahead so i enjoyed the taster anyway.
If you were thinking about trying any treatments I would say go along and check it out.
All the staff I have met have been great and so knowledgeable. They won’t steer you in a wrong direction. Show less »
