I recently visited Skin Redefined which is situated just a short 5 minute walk from Cheltenham town centre. I had a small red mark on my face which I was struggling to cover with makeup. My sister visited Kelly and recommended her to me. Straight away she said I had a Cherry Angioma and it could be treated with advanced electrolysis which she did then and there. It was a painless procedure, in fact I really enjoyed it because I knew that my issue was being sorted. Kelly explained everything clearly and had a very nice, friendly voice. She explained how it would heal and reiterated several times that if I had any issues or questions to please contact her. I would highly recommend Kelly and her location and I will definitely be using her again if needed. Thank you.

I visited Kelly a month ago for my Xanthelasma removal. She clearly explained the entire process and aftercare, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Even after the procedure, she followed up with me, which I found incredibly kind and professional. I'm absolutely thrilled with the results and would 100% recommend her.

Kelly, at Skin Redefined in Cheltenham, removed three small moles on my face very successfully in a highly professional manner. There was minimal discomfort and the tiny wounds healed up within three days with no visible scarring. A highly recommended practioner, Kelly did a great job for me.

I had filler in the lower cheek area as I had lines forming, and it has really improved the area. I am also so grateful for how well the Profilho treatment has worked in my neck. Before I went to Kelly, I had started to get fine, crepey skin on my neck that was starting to age prematurely and I was starting to feel self-conscious about it. I noticed a huge improvement to the area about a week after the first treatment. Now that I have had the second treatment, the skin on my neck looks just like regular, youthful skin without any crepey effect on it. It has given me so much confidence now as the treatment worked so well. I would recommend it to anyone with a similar problem. Kelly is absolutely fantastic too, and I felt really reassured about having the treatments. She explains everything well and is a fantastic practitioner. I am really pleased with everything, and I would recommend her services.
