I had a last minute appointment with nurse Katrina Read for the Kennalog injection for my hayfever.
Katrina met me at the door which was a nice touch. The premises are immaculate and very well set out giving a very relaxing feel. Katrina was very welcoming, whilst filled in the health questionnaire Katrina spoke to me about my health conditions and limitations after having the injection. She was kind enough to fetch me a water whilst I filled in the questions as there are a few, understandably as it is after all a medical treatment.
Now I must say I’m not good with injections but Katrina was patient with me and I hardly felt a thing.
Just need to what3words the location to help others find the clinic a little easier but the directions I had worked well enough.

Katrina is everything you could possibly want from an aesthetician: professional; nurturing; and a magician at what she does. I completely trust her opinion and know she will listen, give a considered answer using her years of experience and she always puts my well-being front and centre. Couldn't recommend any higher! Katrina is the most Experienced, professional & caring nurse. I was really nervous about considering any cosmetic injectables but I have to say Katrina put my mind at ease & it really is the best thing I ever did. Every treatment is individually tailored to your needs & I always feel I’m really being listened to. I’ve never been for a treatment and been dissatisfied or not completely happy. I love going for my top ups, I always feel so amazing afterwards!!!

Went to Katrina to have a skin tag removed from my eyelid - not the kind of thing you want to try to do yourself and not available on the NHS. Katrina was able to see me quickly at her lovely, clean, bright, modern clinic - with easy parking! She’s a smashing local person, very welcoming, friendly and made me feel very comfortable straight away. I needed a f... Show more »

Katrina was able to see me quickly at her lovely, clean, bright, modern clinic - with easy parking! She’s a smashing local person, very welcoming, friendly and made me feel very comfortable straight away. I needed a follow-up treatment that Katrina carried out at no additional charge - all included in the original price - which was great value! I will be going back for further treatment that’s not available on the NHS.
