She is such a lovely lady and so welcoming, I can't praise her and her work enough. You recieve regular messages after your appointment to check in on you, you get an aftercare pack/card to take home after appointments.

The clinic itself is super hygienic, spacious, stylish, and has such a friendly vibe. I was really anxious beforehand (first-time nerves!), but Katie is so warm, gentle, friendly, and professional that I felt at ease straight away. The aftercare package she put together is such a thoughtful touch too. She even checked in on me that evening without me having to reach out, and anytime I worried about swelling or bruising, she reassured me with so much care and calm that it’s all just part of the healing process.

It’s been a couple of days now and I am obsessed with my lips! Every part of this journey—from the initial enquiry, to booking, to the procedure, to the aftercare—has been outstanding. Every little detail of Katie’s service has been a full 5-star experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Having managed skin clinics myself and knowing a little bit about products, it was also great to know that Katie uses really good and reputable brands of botox. The pre and post care was very professional and attentive, and I am really happy with my results where I can still move my eyebrows and have expression, but with zero lines and wrinkles on my forehead. I found Katie's treatment to be very effective. I felt comfortable and welcome as I was extremely nervous. Within a few days I could see the treatment working.
