Had a hair transplant from Dr Jamie 4 weeks ago now and the whole experience has been amazing.

Prior to getting booked in I had a consultation from Dr Jamie as well as a phone consultation with Nick. Compared to other consultations I had previously had they came across with warmth and not pushing me at all to get a procedure as quickly as possible. They even suggested I try alternate approaches first before. This shows how they have the patient's best interests at heart - and I do mean that - Patient, you are treated like a patient and not a customer.

On the day itself Dr Jamie was meticulous in drawing and helping me consider and draw my new hair line and we did not get started until I was 100% happy with how it looked. When we did get started Dr Jamie and his team were working non stop on the procedure working tirelessly whilst talking and reassuring me that everything was going smoothly.

In the weeks that followed Dr Jamie has been very supportive and responsive whenever I had any questions or just to report my progress. Replying out of hours really showed how much he cares about his patients.

Still some time to go before see the full results of the transplant however if it looks anything like how the temporary hairs look, I'll be pleased.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr Jamie and the rejuvenation doctors for a hair transplant and any other procedures. Show less »

Finally booked myself in and got a hair transplant 3 days ago! The quality of pre and post op care was amazing. Very detailed and had a direct answer for each concern.
The procedure took a full working day but only felt moderate pain for maybe 1-2 minutes through it all. They provide you lunch - which you need halfway through!
I am now well into my healing days and Dr. Jamie is very supportive and available to answer any questions I have had.
When Dr. Jamie spent 45 minutes drawing on my hairline and making sure it was spot on to my liking, I knew I was in safe hands.
Would 100% recommend!!

From the very first consultation, Dr. Jamie made me feel completely at ease. He was professional yet down-to-earth, which helped calm my nerves straight away.

The procedure itself took most of the day, but I felt comfortable and relaxed the whole time. Netflix on, lunch sorted by Dr. Jamie (thank you), and genuinely great care from him and his team throughout.

After the transplant, I was given clear instructions on how to look after the new grafts, and what really stood out was the aftercare. I could message Dr. Jamie directly on WhatsApp, which made a huge difference in those first few days and weeks. Having that kind of direct access to a professional was so reassuring.

I’m currently just shy of a month since I had a hair transplant with Dr Jamie and his team. I’ve nothing but positive things to say about the experience.

Initially we had a consultation, and had a very productive chat about alternative forms of treatment and having discussed the transplant set some realistic expectations.

I’d previously had a transplant abroad, with okay results but as time had gone on that area had thinned out and I felt it didn’t sit naturally with the rest of my hair. It was very helpful speaking directly with Dr Jamie around what could be done with the density and working around the existing transplanted hair. Throughout the consultation I never once felt like he was selling me a product, he was simply providing me with all the information and it was on me on how to proceed.

I was considering going abroad again. However I’m really glad I found this clinic as an alternative. The pricing for me wasn’t drastically more expensive than what I was looking at elsewhere. Dr Jamie was very clear in the consultation around selling results instead of grafts. Also I’m not having to purchase flights, or fly whilst bandaged up, tired and getting funny looks at the airport. I was able to drive there and back on the day of surgery and sleep in my own bed.

It’s only a small thing and won’t matter to everybody. But I also found it a huge benefit not having to shave the full head of hair off. Surprising how few place offer this. The day of surgery, he’s clipped off the areas that he needed and left the rest. Yes, it looks a little odd, but for me personally it’s just allowed me to get back on with my normal life after the recovery period and conceal the transplanted areas to a degree.

As for the day of the procedure itself. Everybody was so welcoming and friendly, happy to chat away. They kept me informed on how it’s going, what stage of the procedure they were on. I was regularly being checked for any pain or discomfort and again just felt as comfortable as possible throughout. For the most part I was just sitting watching Netflix whilst the technicians worked their magic.

Recovery will be different for everybody. I was given a nice care package with everything in that I’d need for the next couple of weeks. Fortunately I’ve not had any issues so I’ve not needed to but Dr Jamie has been available should I have any concerns.

I’m only just under a month out from the procedure so a long way off the final result at this point. However I can see the grafts and I’m super happy with the density and the hairline itself. Just really can’t wait for it all to grow out now!

Based on my experience I would highly recommend anybody who’s considering a hair transplant to speak with Dr Jamie and see what your options are.

I’ve been back to them a few times now for both transplants and aftercare, and honestly, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

But from first my first conversation with dr Jamie I knew he was the one he explained everything professionally reassured me how the procedure would go and what to expect.

Leading up to the transplant dr Jamie had messaged me asking how I was feeling was I ok and I had nothing to worry about on the day of my transplant which meant a lot.

I was welcomed on the morning of my surgery by dr Jamie and his team the whole process from start to finish was second to none his team was very professional kept me very comfortable throughout the day.

They even went out and bought me dinner.

So if you’re thinking about a hair transplant just book yourself a consultation with Dr Jamie and his team.

From the very first consultation there was no hard sell—just honest, sensible advice—which immediately put me at ease. On the day itself, everything ran incredibly smoothly. From the moment I arrived, I was constantly checked on and made to feel comfortable throughout the entire process.

Jamie personally discussed and designed a sensible, well-planned hairline that focused on what mattered most to me: density. It’s clear that Jamie is a perfectionist at what he does, and that level of care and precision is exactly what you’re paying for.

For anyone who’s on the fence, my advice would be this: you only get one shot at a hair transplant. Protect your donor area, plan sensibly, and make sure a qualified surgeon is carrying out the punches and incisions.

I also want to highlight the two technicians working alongside Jamie on the day—they were highly skilled, friendly, and incredibly reassuring, which made a big difference.

The aftercare has been just as impressive. Any concerns I’ve had have been answered quickly, and medications were sorted without any hassle. This is exactly why I’m glad I chose to have the procedure done in the UK.

I’m really looking forward to seeing how things progress over the coming months and hope to be sharing some great “after” photos on Jamie’s page in around 12 months. I’ve also got polynucleotide treatments scheduled to support scalp repair and nourishment.

I had my hair transplant with Jamie and the team yesterday. For what felt like a big and daunting day, it actually went more smoothly than I expected.

Jamie, his team, and the front-of-house staff were welcoming and did a good job of putting me at ease. Jamie’s own lived experience alongside his expertise helped manage my nerves, which made a real difference.

The day itself is long but not painful. I recommend watching his Instagram videos beforehand to help set expectations. The hardest part is sitting still rather than the procedure itself. During the treatment it was pain-free, we even had a bit of a laugh talking middle names and other life stories. The team often checked on how I was feeling and if they could get me anything - I felt looked after. The hardest part for me honestly was having the courage to shave my hair off in the first place.

The discomfort definitely kicked in once it was finished. Paracetamol helped, but the first night at home is fairly uncomfortable probably the hardest part of the day but again nothing that can't be managed.

This morning I’ve woken up with only mild pain. Jamie provided everything I needed along with clear, simple instructions. Sleep wasn’t great and it does take some getting used to seeing yourself in the mirror, but it already feels more manageable and I know it will improve over the next few days.

Jamie has also checked in by text and made himself available for any questions.

Overall, it’s daunting and a bit messy, but the day itself is much easier and less painful than I could have ever expected, it already feels worth it. I think most people will find it less worrying than they imagine once they’re actually there. I would highly recommend reaching out to Jamie even for just a consultation. Jamie has been helping me for 5 years in growing and caring for my hair helping with my confidence, I've now been lucky enough to find myself in a position to take the final step.

Also- he promises a sandwich on the day. It's actually a banging sandwich shop. Big win for me as I was expecting a meal deal 🤣 Show less »
