The care I received from Irina was exceptional. What a truly wonderful woman she is.

Irina extended such a warm welcome to me that I felt instantly at home in her company, it was like I’d popped in to see an old friend for an overdue get together. She listened attentively and I could have chatted with her for hours on end! At the same time Irina displayed a high level of professionalism with a discussion based on my overall medical history and then a specific one for ZO skin health to ensure I received the correct products for me. I highly endorse Skinmedika for the excellent service and expertise.

I contacted Irina initially via a virtual consultation as I was interested in skin health to which she responded quickly to answer all of my questions. I then booked an in clinic appointment the very next day to see her in person and I am delighted I did. This was my first time getting filler I got the Tear through filler, irina was very professional and made me feel super comfortable.
