Nearly two years ago, Dr Nikki West recommended Mr Ghattaura to my wife for breast surgery. To this day, she still talks about the experience and remains incredibly grateful for the positive difference he has made to her, both physically and mentally.

When I discovered that Mr Ghattaura also removes sebaceous cysts, a procedure I required, I had absolutely no hesitation in choosing him. Looking back, it was one of the best healthcare decisions I could have made.

From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in the hands of true professionals. The clinic itself is beautiful, with a calming ambience, impressive attention to detail, and the warmest of welcomes. The entire experience felt more like checking into a premium wellness retreat than attending a medical appointment.

Mr Ghattaura immediately put me at ease. He was friendly, reassuring, and clearly understood exactly what treatment I needed. Throughout the process, both he and Nurse Nikki ensured I was fully informed, comfortable, and exceptionally well cared for. Their professionalism was matched by genuine kindness, making what could have been an anxious experience feel relaxed and reassuring.

What struck me most was how holistic the experience felt. It never felt like a clinical procedure; instead, it felt centred around my overall wellbeing. Since having the cyst removed, I have felt so much better. Something that had been affecting my confidence and comfort was dealt with expertly, and the positive impact on my wellbeing has been significant.

To say I enjoyed the experience may sound unusual when discussing a medical procedure, but it genuinely reflects how positive the entire journey was from beginning to end.

My sincere thanks to Mr Ghattaura, Nurse Nikki, and everyone at Amar Aesthetics for your warmth, care, expertise, and professionalism. My only regret is that I didn't take this journey sooner.
