Finola is very experienced, knowledgeable and professional and we spoke a lot about my expectations and what I wanted and then she gave her professional input on how best to achieve that or near it. I felt completely at ease the moment I walked in. The environment is very clean and pleasing to the eye. I completed all the necessary medical questionnaire which assured me that she takes her clients care very seriously. I went to Finola for laser tattoo removal after a few bad experiences elsewhere and I’m genuinely blown away by how much quicker the results have been achieved. She is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and clearly very skilled at what she does – every session felt tailored specifically to me and the progress has been noticeable far sooner than I thought possible.

On top of that, I also had line-flattening work done and the results speak for themselves. My crow’s feet around my eyes have completely disappeared, yet everything still looks natural and refreshed.

Finola makes you feel totally at ease, explains everything clearly and you can tell she truly cares about getting the best results for her clients. The clinic is professional, welcoming and spotless - I wouldn’t trust anyone else now.
