I went with Emma after looking at many other clinic's offering this service, but the deciding factor for me was that Emma is also a registered nurse. From start to finish Emma was AMAZING. She did an initial consultation and talked me through everything, kept me calm throughout the treatment and even gave me a stress ball to hold that I can honestly say was left 'unused'. Post treatment all aftercare products are provided and Emma has been in constant contact, offering advice and reassurance. I can't tell you the confidence boost this has given me. I recently had some plasma pen treatment on my upper eyelids. My main concern being droopy lids, starting to hood. I read some info on this minimally invasive treatment and it seemed much more appealing than others I’d previously looked into. I visited the Wigan site and Emma looked after me. The treatment Itself if painless, the swelling and dots are the tricky part the day after but after about 3 days, this started to clear up, after a week the skin was mostly back to normal and now my eyes are lifted and fresh looking for the first time in ages. I would recommend the treatment. Emma in particular was very good at explaining the treatment and supporting me with after care tips and advice! Absolutely recommend.. Show less »

I spent a long time deciding where I should go to have plasma treatment and definitely made the right choice with Emma. She put me at ease straight away and is really easy to chat to. I spent a long time deciding where I should go to have plasma treatment and definitely made the right choice with Emma.
She put me at ease straight away and is really easy to chat to.
She answered all my questions and never made me feel rushed. I was given lots of extra information and she made sure I knew about the right aftercare and prescisly what to expect. I was even provided a cream and oil and cooling mask to use with instructions for the next few days which I was not expecting.
The procedure itself was painless, probably as Emma made sure I had plenty of numbing cream beforehand.
I can't wait to see the results in a few weeks time.
I'm already looking what treatments I can have next. Would 100% definitely recommend. Show less »
