Emily is amazing! She took so much time to talk me through my treatment options, made sure I understood everything, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. Her attention to detail and knowledge are incredible — it’s clear she genuinely cares about achieving results that look natural and balanced.

The treatment itself was comfortable and professional from start to finish. Emily checked in throughout to make sure I was okay, and the aftercare advice was clear and reassuring. A few days later, my results look subtle but make such a difference — I feel refreshed and confident without it being obvious I’ve had anything done.
