Emily explained the laser process clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout. She was really polite, honest about what would and wouldn’t work for me, and took the time to answer my questions. She also went through the different package options and offered a discount. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and looking forward to starting my treatment.

My skin genuinely has never looked better, apart from the pigmentation I still have, which is a work in progress , my pores are smaller, I have less breakouts or congestion in general, my skin looks so bouncy and fresh and I am getting compliments left right and centre, I’ve never been happier with the results of the polys let alone the magic she’s done with...

The jawline!! I feel the best I’ve ever felt in regards to my skin and found a new found love of skincare in general, so thankyou very much for giving me confidence to leave the house with bare skin too! I went to emily with an idea of how I wanted my skin to look and trusted her totally on what I should do. Very glad I’ve found someone I can trust fully!
