I had a consultation yesterday with Elaine to discuss Botox for the first time. Elaine was lovely and so knowledgable, it is my feeling that when someone is going to be injecting your face, that you want them to have a medical background -
And Elaine has plenty! I appreciated the time she took to clearly explain the process, the options available and listening to and understanding what my desired outcome would be.
I found her approach understandable, realistic and client focussed.
There was no hard sell, my options were explained and I was left to make my choices.
