Absolutely amazing customer service. Attention to details/concerns by Dipti is exceptional. Dipti really made me feel like she fully understood my questions/concerns and a lot of patience shown. She genuinely cared and listened to concerns and then guidance on how to best tackle issues. For example, an actual tutorial of how to best apply a a cream on my very dry eye lids. What made it so refreshing was that she assured me that she “was with me on this journey “ of self care and a start of a new skin routine. I absolutely will continue my journey of self and skin care with Dipti and Soni skin care. For a change, I wasn’t just a number and it wasn’t just about ticking things off and off I went after my consultation. Very approachable after care service is key difference in my experience.
