Claire immediately puts you at ease whilst explaining the different options backed up by appropriate literature on the products. All the options and pricing were then backed up by email without any pressure to book anything.
Had I asked Claire for treatments that she did not feel were appropriate I am sure that Claire would not have agreed to administer them.
