I have had treatments with Dr Charlotte on a number of occasions and it has been an excellent experience. Each time she has been extremely calming and professional and her attention to detail is superb, which is why I keep returning. I recommend her 100% - you will not be disappointed.

I was very happy with the consultation with Charlotte. I felt listened to, and she explained what would be a good result. I felt no pressure to proceed, but to reflect and l will be returning.

First time having lip filer and was quite nervous, Charlotte went through everything and put me at ease. I was lost for words when she handed me the mirror, result was exactly as I hoped, subtle change in the fullness of my lips but made such a difference to my profile. I’m so happy, thank you Charlotte.

Going in quite nervous, Charlotte made me feel totally comfortable and answered all my questions so patiently and clearly. I felt like I could really trust her. That was what made me decide to go ahead with treatment. On top of that Richmond House Beauty was beautifully clean and professional. I will definitely be back again for further treatments.
