I wouldn’t trust anyone else but Charley with my treatments 💜 She listens to what look you want to achieve and gives honest advice on what is best suited to you, rather than just trying to sell the biggest package going. That is the mark of a true & highly qualified professional 😊 She is very clear with explaining what to expect during and after the treatments and gives you realistic expectations of the finished result. She also makes the treatments as pain free as possible so if you have been wanting aesthetics treatments done but put it off due to not being able to tolerate pain then speak to Charley about this as she works her magic where needed! I have just had threads in my lower face and felt very little, I had anticipated a painful procedure going off general info I had read online about threads so I was so surprised when she said it was all finished. I’ve been going to Charley for many years and she never makes me feel stupid for the million questions I ask every time I go, nothing is too much trouble and I’ve never felt so welcome and comfortable in a salon (this is coming from someone who is too anxious to even go to a salon for a hair cut)
