What a lovely group of ladies. Caroline is very thoughtful & kind. Spending time to go through the procedure & answering any concerns that I had. Felt very calm & upbeat when I left. Reception staff very welcoming. Looking forward to my next visit.

My first visit to Frowndocs was terrifying. After a relaxed and reassuring consultation with Dr Caroline (who is just amazing), I arranged an appointment. I was literally shaking - so much so, that I needed a hand to hold (thanks Michelle 😊). Two years on, I’m rolling up to appointments like a boss! It is a fabulous place. The whole experience at FrownDocs was fantastic. Immediately welcomed, put at ease and felt at home. Dr. Caroline is brilliant, she is extremely honest and caring and does a great job. A great experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend.

I recently had treatment to remove a cherry agnioma on my face which had bothered me for years. From the moment I stepped in to frown docs I was greeted warmly and the clinic waiting area is stunning. All the girls were lovely but a special mention goes to Michelle who done my treatment.
