I recently had treatment to remove a cherry agnioma on my face which had bothered me for years. I’ve also had a number of skin treatments to improve my skin’s texture and manage actinic keratosis sun damage, and I’ve been looked after by Michelle and Becky. The level of care and professionalism is always exceptional, and the results speak for themselves.

I’ve also seen Risha at the Lenzie Clinic for polynucleotides under my eyes, which really helped with fine lines and wrinkles and has beautifully rejuvenated that area.

The clinic itself is absolutely beautiful. The interiors are stunning and create such a calm, luxurious atmosphere.

One of the things that impressed me most was how thorough the consultation was. Every option and alternative was discussed in detail, with no pressure whatsoever. Dr Caroline took the time to listen, answer every question and explain everything clearly, allowing me to make an informed decision. Her approach is incredibly ethical, honest and reassuring, and it is clear that she always puts her patients best interests first.

The communication from the clinic has also been exceptional. Any time I have had a question, the team has responded quickly and helpfully, making me feel supported throughout.

Most importantly, I am absolutely delighted with my results. They have exceeded my expectations, and I could not be happier with the outcome.

I recently had a Thermage treatment at Frown Docs in Stirling and was delighted to be the first client for this procedure. From the outset, Michelle was extremely knowledgeable and reassuring, taking the time to explain how Thermage works and what I could expect throughout the appointment.
This treatment does not require any numbing cream and began with the application of a Thermage return pad, which completes the electrical loop between the skin and the machine. My skin was then thoroughly cleansed and a temporary grid was marked onto my face to ensure the energy was delivered evenly and consistently. A cooling coupling fluid was applied to support good contact between the treatment tip and the skin.
During the procedures the Thermage tip produced a warm sensation, with an occasional pinching feeling in more sensitive or bony areas. Overall, the treatment was very tolerable, Michelle was very aware when it became clear there was pinching and reduced the pulse intensity immediately where an area felt particularly sensitive. The full treatment took just over an hour.

Afterwards, my face was cleansed to remove the treatment grid and moisturiser was applied. Although slight redness or mild swelling can be common after Thermage, I only experienced a mild redness and was able to continue with the rest of my day as usual, with no downtime required.

Results are not immediate, however, by stimulating the skins natural collagen production after 2 to 3 months the lifting and tightening effect should become much more noticeable as active collagen strands multiply. The skin contours continue to refine further over the next number of months and measurable improvements show.
I will write further reviews over the coming months to note visible changes.
