I had the wonderful pleasure of visiting The Wrinkle Room yesterday, the salon itself is an inviting space with a cosy and tranquil ambiance. Caren welcomed me with a friendly smile which instantly put me at ease. Caren went through the procedure with me in a meticulous manner, inviting questions along the way. This was welcomed since I had a few questions which Caren answered with expertise knowledge. During the procedure itself Caren asked on a number of occasions if I was ok and kept explaining what she was doing. This was extremely reassuring and made me feel like she was really invested in not only giving me the desired result from the procedure but also in ensuring my wellbeing and comfort throughout. This I would say from observation is a reflection of Caren’s warm personality and also the nurturing role she has as a practicing midwife. After the procedure was complete Caren went through in precise detail with me all the relevant aftercare information, adding that if I had any questions after I arrived home or in the following days/future to not hesitate in contacting her. The whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. I will 100% be returing to ‘The Wrinkle Room’ and will be recommending Caren with her warm smile and her fountain of knowledge to all my friends. Thankyou so much Caren. See you very soon. Show less »
