This was my first ever visit to the clinic, and although it took me a moment to figure out where the door was 😅, everything after that was excellent.

I had my appointment with Kristy and a quick chat with Bryony beforehand. They were both absolutely fantastic and really helped put me at ease after a previous difficult experience at another clinic.
Professional, transparent, and genuinely kind, they created a calm and welcoming environment that made me feel completely comfortable, something I’ve never experienced before.
Kristy, in particular, was exceptional. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and I didn’t feel any discomfort at all during the process.
The atmosphere was incredibly positive, friendly, and inclusive. I’d highly recommend Kristy if you’re looking for someone who combines warmth, professionalism, and expert skills. Show less »

I've had such great experiences at this clinic. I’ve seen Hannah, Bryony, and Kirsty, all super lovely, really knowledgeable, and professional. Every treatment has worked really well, and I always feel relaxed and well looked after. The space itself is really calming too. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The assessment appointments are great for people who are nervous or unfamiliar with the various treatment options - they will look at your own specific concerns and propose a personalised treatment plan… without upselling extra procedures. Bryony is so knowledgeable and gave me great advice for what would work best for my skin type. She moved at my pace, and explained everything in detail throughout the process. I got the natural, subtle adjustments I wanted in a relaxed environment, I’m very happy with my results.

After my first consultation with Bryony who gives the best hugs which she explained everything thoroughly to me about all my skin care products that I no longer need & had wasted money on she recommended a plan of just 4 products. There was no pressure to do anything but it is so nice to have someone who has the ability to see what you can’t & think it’s not worth bothering as I am older.
I was then booked in with Hannah who made me feel so comfortable.. I had micro needling & the improvement to my skin is amazing, I get lots of compliments. I look forward to my appointments, Hannah is amazing & we always laugh our way through. She has since done polynucleotides, again amazing results. Hannah explains everything from start to finish.

From the first consultation with Bryony I felt so at ease. She is so knowledgable and explained all potential treatment options for my skin concerns without me ever feeling pressured to go through with anything. All of the girls there are so lovely and make you feel so comfortable during your appointment (and even laugh through the pain!). They also designed a personalised skincare plan for me which I really appreciated. The space itself is so calming, you can really see how much thought and attention to detail has been put into it.
