I have been going to Dr Ban Ratti for the last few years and in short I would *never* go to anyone else. She is professional, so very knowledgeable, understanding, kind and considerate and such a lovely lady indeed! She puts you at your ease immediately, and is so generous with her time and she really cares too; it always feels like seeing an old friend every time I go to her and I am always so extremely happy with my treatments... Truthfully, I’m so lucky to have found Dr Ban!! Furthermore, she is also very accommodating and flexible with times and appointments which is great too and each and every appointment is always a comfortable and really pleasant experience and something I look forward too. Doctor Ratti’s extensive experience in medicine and facial work meant she was the perfect person to see. What a find! Bespoke (really listened to what I wanted), passionate and discrete; what a brilliant combination.
