I had full trust in what was being said and had no doubts and fully trusted her advice, which I am so glad about. I had my first appointment with Dr Assal in February and it was such a fantastic experience from start to finish. Due to pregnancy I hadn’t had any treatments for several years, so I was a little unsure about where to start again.

From the moment you arrive at the clinic, the atmosphere is incredibly welcoming. The team immediately makes you feel at home. It’s such a calm and friendly environment, which really helps put you at ease.

What really stood out to me was how thorough the consultation was. It lasted a full 30 minutes and was honestly the most detailed consultation I’ve ever had. We talked through my previous treatments, I was able to show pictures of work I’d had done before, and we discussed what I hoped to achieve this time around. There was absolutely no pressure to have any treatments at all. In fact, I was the one saying, “Please can we do it today!”

Dr Assal also suggested alternative treatments that I hadn’t previously considered but that would better achieve my goal of looking refreshed and natural. I was more than happy to take the recommendations, and before and after photos were taken (which I’m really grateful for), but it was also lovely that there was no pressure to allow them to be used for social media.

The treatment itself was carried out very gently and professionally. Dr Assal is incredibly patient, passionate, highly skilled and really takes the time to explain everything. I noticed my Botox starting to work within 3–5 days, and within two weeks everything had completely settled. I honestly couldn’t believe what we managed to achieve in just one session.

One of the fillers that was recommended wasn’t something I’d even considered before, but it made such a difference to my face. It also meant I didn’t need additional treatment to my lips, which I had initially thought I might want.

We’ve since been back for a follow-up appointment today where everything was checked and discussed again, and just like the first visit there was absolutely no pressure for any additional treatments, but we did rebook our next apointment.

Overall, I would highly recommend Dr Assal. Professional, honest, highly skilled, and genuinely focused on achieving the best results for you. I’m so pleased with my results and look forward to returning again soon.

Also, she also managed to take about ten years off my husband’s face too!
