I was recommended to Suffolk Medical by a friend a good few years ago and I’m so glad I was!
Jenny and Anthony are so friendly and helpful whilst maintaining professionalism at all times, their knowledge of their products and treatments is excellent and they are never pushy nor would they ever recommend a treatment or product they didn’t feel was 100% appropriate for a clients needs, they are honest and very clear about the achievable results of a particular procedure, treatment or product and always want their clients to feel safe and confident knowing they are in experienced professional hands which is of paramount importance when choosing any kind of cosmetic procedure or treatment.
The therapists are amazing as is Helena, Jenny and Anthony’s admin manager and receptionist who is always so helpful, caring and genuinely interested in clients welfare and there has always been a ‘one step beyond’ approach to offer help and advice to clients about all aspects of the services Suffolk Medical provide. Appointment availability is always very good with plenty of choice of time slots to suit clients busy lifestyles.
I would highly recommend Suffolk Medical to both women and men for whom being the best version of themselves is so important not only for their appearance but also for their self esteem and confidence, just a simple procedure can and does make an enormous difference to boost confidence and can help achieve that all important feel good factor that we all deserve.

I have been grinding and clenching my teeth (in my sleep) for 40 years - bruxism. So badly that I have needed major dental work. I recently saw Dr O’Neill for minor surgery to remove skin lesions and tags on my face. Throughout the whole process I felt completely at ease and the procedure was painless. My face looks much clearer and feels smooth. I am very pleased with the end result. I have no hesitation in recommending this practice.
