My first treatment was with Gemma who made me feel really relaxed and felt like chatting with a friend and no pain yahhhhh. Next I was with Anna herself and she was very professional and friendly always checking I was ok and used her expertise to go above and beyond with my treatment, to say I was pleased is an understatement I only wished I had visited Anna earlier.
