From the moment I walked in, Dr Alison made me feel truly seen and listened to. She was exceptionally kind, took the time to answer all my questions in detail, and never rushed the process—her advice was completely bespoke to my needs, and I felt important throughout.

Medically, I was really impressed. Dr Alison took a thorough history, discussed my underlying conditions and medications, and made sure I understood every step. Her attention to detail gave me complete confidence in her expertise.

When it came to skincare, the products she recommended have been out of this world—truly the most effective I’ve ever used. And on the day of the procedure, I felt calm and fully informed. Dr Alison has a real gift for putting people at ease through skilful, warm conversation. She’s also a perfectionist—which is exactly what you want when someone is treating your face.
