I booked in with Lauren for my lip filler and from the first contact with her she was very professional. On arrival Lauren took me through the process and kept stopping to check in with me to see I was okay at each step. Once finished, I was able to check to see if I had the desired look and I absolutely loved my lips! They were even better than I imagined. The aftercare here was the best I’ve had too, my lips slightly bruised but I bruise every time and Lauren checked in with my on a regular basis to see how I was getting on which I loved. Absolutely brilliant. Emma is so professional.
This was my first time having dermal fillers done, and to be honest, I was slightly nervous about the procedure, the pain, the side effects and also the outcome. All I can say is that she was really good in explaining all the things I need to know about fillers, the actual procedure and the possible side effects, but most importantly she made sure that I was comfortable with everything. She explained everything step by step, which was much appreciated by someone who has never done anything similar before.
