I cannot recommend Umi Clinic highly enough. I booked for a dental check up with Dr Bita, as an emergency case, and followed up with my first visit to see Sonia the dental hygienist. I arrived early for my appointment with Dr Priya Udani but was made to feel really welcome and comfortable. The reception team are really friendly and helpful, even before my actual appointment all emails very replied to so quickly with all my queries answered. I arrived early for my appointment with Dr Priya Udani but was made to feel really welcome and comfortable. The reception team are really friendly and helpful, even before my actual appointment all emails very replied to so quickly with all my queries answered.
The clinic is so clean and inviting, I felt in a very safe environment for my procedure. Dr Priya when through the procedure again with me, checking with me at all times. The equipment used to check my eyes before the actual procedure was very up to date.
During the procedure I was constantly checked on and asked if there was any pain. Absolutely pain free and relaxing. I felt in very safe hands. Dr Priya took her time checking everything was good with her work. After the procedure I had to rest for an hour, in a different room, where I was constantly check checked on and offered drinks.
Due to the work being done on my eyes, I was not allowed to drive home. Even though I’d pre arranged for my husband to pick me up, he unfortunately had to have a meeting, meaning I had to stay on another 1 1/2 hours. This was no problem at all, with the staff making sure I still felt comfortable, offering me drinks. Even before I left Dr. Priya’s assistant, double checked my stitches. (Dr Priya was with another patient).
I would definitely recommend UMI clinic and Dr Priya for Upper Blepharoplasty. Show less »

I have just had the Blepharoplasty procedure by Priya Udani
The whole experience was 10 out of 10
Making the initial consultation appointment with Kelly on reception was so easy and she was so helpful. The consultation went very smoothly and on time and I was booked in for a week later for the operation. The surgeon and Kelly worked around my personal commitments.
On the morning of the procedure, I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner and taken into the room for the procedure to take place. I was made to feel very comfortable and everything was explained to me again. The lady assisting Priya Udani was very kind.
Whilst having the procedure I was able to chat to them both. There was absolutely no pain whatsoever. Afterwards I was led to a quiet room and offered a drink and some pain relief. Baring in mind I had no vision as had two pressure pads on. They checked on me every 5 minutes for an hour. When I left I was given verbal and written instructions for my post care. I had absolutely no pain when the local aesthetic wore off. One week later after following their instructions I was able to have me stitches out, it is normally two weeks but I was not able to attend in two weeks so they make me an appointment for a week and if they were okay to take them out they would.
There is still slight bruising, but after a week they are looking amazing
The clinic is immaculate. The staff are amazing and I would recommend this place for this procedure. Show less »

What can I say about UMI Clinic? When you go into the clinic, you already feel like you’re in expert hands. The staff there are truly dedicated to their work and their warming presence makes every appointment feel so welcoming!! I would definitely have to rate them a 5/5 stars!!

First time I went there was for Hydrafacial treatment (Platinum) and my skin never looked that fabulous. The effect of that treatment made my skin so hydrated for months that I didn’t have to top up my moisturiser during the day. I left the clinic feelings so confident and refreshed, that’s how great it works!!

The second time I went there was for an oral examination by Dr Bita Farzad and she was absolutely brilliant. She answered all my questions and concerns, making it such a trusting atmosphere.

The third time I went was for a hygienist appointment and OMG my teeth have never felt so clean and it was just a spar treatment for them!!

The whole experience in UMI was extremely impressive and exceptional.
