Had an appointment for 17th July, as part of a block booking paid in advance, got to the clinic to find a notice on the door to say they stopped trading effective 17th July yet I still got the automatic text today to ask how my visit was and to rate the service?? The staff were lovely and were told to leave the premises suddenly in the morning and the place shut down. No email or contact to the customers and no information on refunds yet.

Staff were helpful and polite. They have been great at helping me understand the process involved in my laser treatment. Price more reasonable than I had been led to believe having enquired about treatment through the main phone line. I have recommended the clinic to friends. As always, I had a very good experience at the Union Street sk:n clinic. The therapists are always very nice and very professional and provide a fantastic service. The only improvement I would like to see is to the equipment in the treatment rooms. The bed in the treatment room was very unstable due to an uneven stand and it wasn't very relaxing/comfortable... The only improvement I would like to see is to the equipment in the treatment rooms. The bed in the treatment room was very unstable due to an uneven stand and it wasn't very relaxing/comfortable lying on it and feeling like it might topple over. The therapist was apologetic but I think it's important to have customer feedback about these issues in order to see improvement.
