Amazing, the staff are so caring AND knowledgeable which meant more as I had never had my brows or lashes done before and I'm 46! Also, the salon is so ambient, smells gorgeous ..what's not to like? Shout out to Anastasia for making me feel like a queen 👑

First time here! Had brow lamination and hybrid dye done by Anastasia she was absolutely lovely made me feel so welcome and I absolutely love the end result! She listened to me and done my eyebrows exactly how I like them would defiantly come back! 🥰

Holly did my lash extensions and was absolutely amazing. I’m completely obsessed with them and will definitely be keeping them up with her! The whole team that were there were so welcoming and kind and the whole place was just gorgeous. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience

This was my first time at Brow HQ. Didn't have an appointment but I was very kindly fit in anyway. All the ladies were very friendly and made me feel at ease straight away. The technician helping me today was Shelly, she was so nice and friendly and gave me lots of helpful advice on how to care and look after my brows going forward. Absolutely love my brows... Fantastic team with a wealth of experience in all brow related treatments. I was lucky to be able to get a quick brow shape appointment as a walk in, after being seated in the waiting area I was immediately offered a selection of nice drinks, I chose a coffee. Fantastic team with a wealth of experience in all brow related treatments. I was lucky to be able to get a quick brow shape appointment as a walk in, after being seated in the waiting area I was immediately offered a selection of nice drinks, I chose a coffee. My brow specialist invited me over to the comfy treatment bed and discussed my expectations and requirements, my brows were then cleansed and mapped to provide the most suitable shape, the waxing and tweezing began, it was totally pain free and super fast. Visited today for the first time for a lash lift which was done by Anastasia. She was extremely professional and pleasant and did a great job. Best yet. Would definitely recommend 100% and will be back. Thanks again for an excellent service

I recently got my brows micro bladed by Leisa and I am so pleased I did. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Leisa made me feel totally at ease and walked me through the whole process.
