This was my first time at Brow HQ. Didn't have an appointment but I was very kindly fit in anyway. All the ladies were very friendly and made me feel at ease straight away. I was lucky to be able to get a quick brow shape appointment as a walk in, after being seated in the waiting area I was immediately offered a selection of nice drinks, I chose a coffee. Fantastic team with a wealth of experience in all brow related treatments. I was lucky to be able to get a quick brow shape appointment as a walk in, after being seated in the waiting area I was immediately offered a selection of nice drinks, I chose a coffee. My brow specialist invited me over to the comfy treatment bed and discussed my expectations and requirements, my brows were then cleansed and mapped to provide the most suitable shape, the waxing and tweezing began, it was totally pain free and super fast. I recently got my brows micro bladed by Leisa and I am so pleased I did. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Leisa made me feel totally at ease and walked me through the whole process.
