Over four years ago the lovely Shelly recommended I try brow lamination, and I’ve never looked back!

I’ve always had quite mousy, flat eyebrows, and was very much a victim of the teenage curse of chronic over plucking. Because of this my eyebrows always made me a bit self conscious, and I was hesitant to go to another salon to have an appointment, as I’d had a few bad experiences in the past. But from the moment I came to Brow HQ I felt so very welcomed and listened to.

Since then Shelly has worked absolute MIRACLES on my brows (helped of course by the excellent Brow Spa products, which I use regularly at home), and I can say as a result my confidence has increased enormously, and I feel so much happier and more comfortable in myself.

The salon itself is absolutely gorgeous, so relaxing and the service is always outstanding. I genuinely think I could move to Timbuktu and I’d still find a way to come back and get Shelly to do my eyebrows!

This was my first time at Brow HQ. Didn't have an appointment but I was very kindly fit in anyway. All the ladies were very friendly and made me feel at ease straight away. This was my first time at Brow HQ. Didn't have an appointment but I was very kindly fit in anyway. All the ladies were very friendly and made me feel at ease straight away. Fantastic team with a wealth of experience in all brow related treatments. I was lucky to be able to get a quick brow shape appointment as a walk in, after being seated in the waiting area I was immediately offered a selection of nice drinks, I chose a coffee. Fantastic team with a wealth of experience in all brow related treatments. I was lucky to be able to get a quick brow shape appointment as a walk in, after being seated in the waiting area I was immediately offered a selection of nice drinks, I chose a coffee. My brow specialist invited me over to the comfy treatment bed and discussed my expectations and requirements, my brows were then cleansed and mapped to provide the most suitable shape, the waxing and tweezing began, it was totally pain free and super fast. I recently got my brows micro bladed by Leisa and I am so pleased I did. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Leisa made me feel totally at ease and walked me through the whole process.
