From the moment I met LouisaI felt completely at ease. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted and explained everything clearly, which made me feel confident and reassured. The facial itself was incredibly relaxing and left my skin feeling refreshed, hydrated, and glowing.

The Botox was administered with such precision — the results are natural and subtle, exactly what I was hoping for. Fine lines have softened beautifully, but I still look like myself, just more refreshed. As for my lip lines, the filler placement made a marked difference in restoring volume and smoothing out areas - without me looking like a goldfish! Again, the outcome is very natural — no overdone look at all.

What stood out most was the attention to detail and the focus on achieving a balanced, natural result. I feel that I look well-rested.
