I've had a really positive experience with my BioRePeel and microneedling treatment so far. I had a free consultation with Tekla before starting, and she recommended the treatment that's been right for my skin. Tekla is always so friendly and thoughtful, and it's lovely that she still asks about my little one who came with me to my consultation.

Today was my third session, this time with Sama. Although I had a short wait, she never rushed the treatment. She took her time, made me feel comfortable throughout, and gave me really helpful aftercare advice. Overall, everyone has been kind, professional, and welcoming, and I'm very happy with my experience so far. I would definitely recommend them! Show less »

Whilst I completely respect that religion can be a subjective thing and I pass no judgement for anyone with countering beliefs, as a Muslim that wears a Hijab I was approached and asked by the nice Receptionist (who also wears Hijab) whether I’d be ok with a Male therapist... Whilst I completely respect that religion can be a subjective thing and I pass no judgement for anyone with countering beliefs, as a Muslim that wears a Hijab I was approached and asked by the nice Receptionist (who also wears Hijab) whether I’d be ok with a Male therapist which I found rather odd especially as my friend mentioned that she had specifically requested female staff before booking.

So I kindly declined as it went against my own personal beliefs in hope that both myself and friend will have a female therapist as it was no clear there was a shortage of female staff.

When escorted to our treatment rooms, to my surprise it was the same ‘Receptionist’ who ended up as my therapist.

The Japanese spa head shower itself was good and the items and machinery used was high tech and very nice.. but If I am completely honest, for the most part it simply felt like a ‘Wash and Shampoo’ session with lots of products simply lathered on to my shoulders, skin and face with very minimal ‘massage techniques’

She was gentle but I didn’t feel any significantly skilled massage / or any intentional techniques used and just made me question the whole time whether the Receptionist was specifically trained for the Japanese head spa treatment or was she removed from her desk and assigned to me because there was no one else.

This is an expensive and luxury treatment and whilst I want to stress that staff were LOVELY, warm and welcoming, unfortunately I just don’t feel like I got my money’s worth.

My friend did say she had a good experience but I just left a little underwhelmed and deflated.

Other than that, like I said I cannot stress enough how nice and welcoming staff were but just the spa treatment itself overall wasn’t what I expected.

My practitioner, Maariya, was incredibly welcoming and informative from the start. She explained everything in thorough detail, which made me feel completely comfortable and confident in the treatment. She also took before and after pictures on the same day, and the immediate improvement was very impressive.

We booked a spa package for 2 very last minute and the clinic could not have been more accomodating at such short notice, from going above and beyond to get us booked into a fully booked clinic we were then given ample time to use all the services even though we were booked close to closing time. We booked a spa package for 2 very last minute and the clinic could not have been more accomodating at such short notice, from going above and beyond to get us booked into a fully booked clinic we were then given ample time to use all the services even though we were booked close to closing time.
We were not rushed once to leave instead given extra time to enjoy the salt room and spa before our japanese head spa.
We left the clinic fully refreshed and pampered way beyond closing time!
The staff were faultless so caring and kind and super accomodating.

Such a lovely and chilled experience. Mary was the one who did my treatment and would definitely recommend her. The japanese hair spa was just so lovely and calming and made me feel fresher. The team as a whole were very helpful.

Victoria was absolutely amazing very professional and incredibly gentle with my 4C hair. She really listened to my needs. The Japanese hair spa treatment was fantastic definitely a 10/10. I also loved the red light sauna; it was a great addition to the experience. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit!
