It can be quite intimidating as a man visiting clinics like this but I was made to feel very comfortable on both occasions. The reception/waiting area is nice and relaxing and staff are friendly. I was very nervous due to the nature of my treatment but Vicky was very professional and she clearly knows her stuff. I would recommend to anyone

Had a back massage today from Ciara it was a really good firm massage but also relaxing I didn’t want it to end. Would definitely recommend!!

First time visiting and couldn’t be more impressed. Tracy on reception was really welcoming and Sofia who did my eyebrows was amazing. Will go back again and strongly recommend. Really clean, smells amazing and just a genuinely lovely atmosphere.

I recently visited for a consultation for eyebrow tattoo booster. Such a positive experience. This really is the best clinic I’ve ever been to. I was advised that my brows do not require a booster at the moment but a very small patch would be improved with a couple of hair strokes added. This was done and, in recognition of my medication, was kept to the upper dermis to prevent bleeding. The staff here are so genuine, I would have happily gone ahead with a full booster and been none the wiser, it just shows that no everyone is out to make money out of you for no reason.

If you’re thinking of having any treatments carried out I highly recommend this clinic, look them up, they do the whole range of treatments. You won’t be disappointed. Show less »

Unfortunately, the lift wasn’t very noticeable for me — it looked more like a tint rather than the fuller lift I was hoping for. I did mention I wanted natural looking lashes rather than a full curl but was expecting much more than what I got. I followed all the aftercare advice, so I was a little disappointed with the final result, particularly given the cost.

I mentioned this at my next appointment and was kindly given a lash serum to try, which I appreciate. Personally, I would have preferred the option of a future redo or some form of adjustment, but I’m grateful they acknowledged my feedback.

Overall a lovely salon environment, and I hope to see stronger results next time. Show less »

Sophia, as always was professional, amiable and a joy to be with.
She explained everything in detail and didn't hesitate to answer all of my questions.

Charlotte was excellent in explaining what each of the Skin Analysis machine's scans showed and suggesting ways to improve the overall structure/condition of my skin. I had a pregnancy massage with Alex today and it was amazing. Alex put me at ease straight away and made sure I was nice and comfortable. The massage was lovely and I'd definitely book in with Alex for future treatments. I left feeling totally relaxed and rejuvenated. Thank you 🥰
