Having followed Beautique for a while on instagram & upon recommendation of a friend, I was delighted to have won a competition for treatments. Today the very lovely Casey did me a dermaplane, a Dermalogica facial & a shoulder neck & head massage. It was quite frankly the best treatment I’ve had in a long time. Hands down. Can I also thank Olivia who was corresponding with me the whole time before my appointment was booked.

The salon by the way looks amazing & it gives you that pure relaxing feeling as soon as you walk in ☺️

I had a facial with Ellie yesterday and it was such a great experience. She was professional, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease. My skin looked and felt amazing afterward—highly recommend

Great experience getting my gel nail polish done here. Lovely salon and this has been the best gel polish I have had in Cornwall. Really clean lines and no bulking at the tip of the nail which I have had elsewhere. 11days in a still going strong.

I came here when I was 8 months pregnant in April to get a pedicure before a wedding, as I was going to be wearing open-toed shoes and by that point in pregnancy, I struggled to reach my toes. During the appointment, the nail technician (young blonde lady) unfortunately cut my nail bed while she was cutting my cuticles. I bled onto the towel and into the foot bath. Before this happened, it was painful while she was cutting my cuticles but as I never had a pedicure before, I thought this could be normal. At the time she apologised and explained she was new and that she "hadn't done that in ages". She was lovely and it was an accident, but I was still quite surprised. I told my friends afterwards and they were shocked and said that is definitely not supposed to happen. Afterwards, despite my sore toes (and a plaster on one of them), I was happy with the pedicure. However, 5 months later, I have been suffering from ingrown toenails for the first time in my life on both big toes, and will need to see a podiatrist and I think it is due to the damage to my nail bed. I wish I never got this pedicure and would definitely not recommend. I don't think the technicians have the skills to do pedicures properly and safely. Show less »

My first ever waxing I was quite nervous however was warmly welcomed. I had a great first time experience with Summer, she made me feel very comfortable. Definitely recommend and will be back soon.

Really great experience getting my nails done with biab, lovely salon. Olivia was very helpful at booking me in last minute even with me constantly changing plans and was very knowledgeable about what I needed done. Summer did my nails and they are absolutely perfect, really high quality finish and she was very patient with me choosing colours and letting me try some. I'm fairly new to having nails done and she was great at explaining the different products used. Price on the higher side but would recommend for the service provided. Thanks Show less »
