It's like visiting an old friend every time I come for a treatment, and as a nurse she definitely has a way of putting you at ease.
The clinic is always clean and tidy and I have no hesitation in coming to see her.
I get Botox injections twice a year and I have always had excellent results. Stefanie also has a follow up appointment booked in for two weeks after to ensure that I am happy with how it has settled and any tweaks can be made. I always ask that my eyebrows still have movement and my frown lines are treated and every time has been perfect.
I've also been attending for laser treatment that is completely pain free. After just one treatment there was a notable difference, but now my course has been completed there are maybe a few follicles left. Extremely happy with the treatment and being pain free is definitely a bonus.

Both myself and my wife, who are no strangers to a bit of botox, both had our faces frozen. As you can probably tell not for the first time.
Cherise, was just so knowledgeable l, enthusiastic and honestly better than anyone, that we had trusted in the last 10 years.

Really professional, she explains everything...you can tell she has the confidence and expertise needed to inject people's faces, I genuinley had no nerves at all, felt really at ease. Really lovely clinic, everything is spotless and she's so friendly.

Because the staff have medical training I know I can trust their expertise.. but more that that, they are all really lovely and truly CARE about the people they treat.
This clinic really is state of the art, with all kinds of "space-age" devices that can take care of almost any part of the body, not just the face. As well as BIAB manicures, IPL, Botox and filler, I also go to BHA for the kind of health care I cannot get from the NHS, such as LED photo therapy for my rosacea (amazing!)... and, most recently, I've also had Dermalux Tri-wave Therapy for my lower back pain that's been troubling me for over 8 months. After 20 minutes under those warm and healing rays my back feels so much more comfortable and I head home feeling on top of the world and looking forward to my next session!
