Because the staff have medical training I know I can trust their expertise.. but more that that, they are all really lovely and truly CARE about the people they treat.
This clinic really is state of the art, with all kinds of "space-age" devices that can take care of almost any part of the body, not just the face. As well as BIAB manicures, IPL, Botox and filler, I also go to BHA for the kind of health care I cannot get from the NHS, such as LED photo therapy for my rosacea (amazing!)... and, most recently, I've also had Dermalux Tri-wave Therapy for my lower back pain that's been troubling me for over 8 months. After 20 minutes under those warm and healing rays my back feels so much more comfortable and I head home feeling on top of the world and looking forward to my next session!

I personally felt reassured by the fact that Claire is a qualified dentist and they come from a medically trained background, they clearly know what they are doing and their way around a face... they are both lovely people too which helps.
To anybody that is on the fence about having procedures done, I couldn't recommend Claire more. I'm so glad I went for it, my face is exactly how I wanted it (no sausage lips here) and the healing process has been easy and swelling was virtually non existent.
