I've had so many fantastic treatments at BHA over the years and they never let me down!
Because the staff have medical training I know I can trust their expertise.. but more that that, they are all really lovely and truly CARE about the people they treat.
This clinic really is state of the art, with all kinds of "space-age" devices that can take care of almost any part of the body, not just the face. As well as BIAB manicures, IPL, Botox and filler, I also go to BHA for the kind of health care I cannot get from the NHS, such as LED photo therapy for my rosacea (amazing!)... and, most recently, I've also had Dermalux Tri-wave Therapy for my lower back pain that's been troubling me for over 8 months. After 20 minutes under those warm and healing rays my back feels so much more comfortable and I head home feeling on top of the world and looking forward to my next session!

Absolutely amazing experience. Not my first time having lip fillers but by far the best. Honestly other than the wee stingy bits you get during the procedure it's been totally pain free, no swelling or bruising that I have had previous when been treated elsewhere. Love my results and the ladies were so nice and approachable even when I was feeling a bit anxi...

I got Botox in my forehead and sides of my eyes as well as a little defining lip filler. I recommend Claire and Amanda 100%. I was a little nervous about the pain involved of having needles injected all over my face but they both put me at such ease and explained everything thoroughly, plus it turns out the needle pain wasn't that bad at all.

I personally felt reassured by the fact that Claire is a qualified dentist and they come from a medically trained background, they clearly know what they are doing and their way around a face... they are both lovely people too which helps.
To anybody that is on the fence about having procedures done, I couldn't recommend Claire more. I'm so glad I went for it, my face is exactly how I wanted it (no sausage lips here) and the healing process has been easy and swelling was virtually non existent. It has only been a few days but already I can see the Botox starting to kick in, forehead lines are reducing by the day 😁 Show less »

I was surprised I got seen so quickly as the practice was dire for a few years. Staff shortages and a locum that only worked 2 days a week there. About a year ago I called as a deep filler came out of my back top right tooth and they said the would call me back. I ended up buying a kit and filled it myself. I was surprised I got seen so quickly as the practice was dire for a few years. Staff shortages and a locum that only worked 2 days a week there. About a year ago I called as a deep filler came out of my back top right tooth and they said the would call me back. I ended up buying a kit and filled it myself. A year later and I never got that call back concerning my tooth, so I was very dubious about them failing again. After a week of horrific pain I couldn’t take anymore, I was in agony with a back tooth. I couldn’t chew, eat properly or sleep for a full week. Called the dentist on Tuesday at 9.10am and I got an emergency appointment for 10am the same morning. Oh the relief when she done the first stage of root canal. I can finally eat. Even though the appointments are a lengthy wait for the final stage of root canal, they put me on the short list for a cancellation appointment. My new dentist is a lovely lady like my old dentist that left the surgery and she really helped me out a lot. Thank you, it’s still a little bit tender but that’ll soon settle down.
