I can’t recommend The Aesthetics Doctors MCR enough. From the start, the consultation felt medical, thoughtful, and tailored to me, not a sales chat. Dr Andrew Mabey and Dr Andy Muress took time to assess my skin properly, explain what was causing my concerns, and talk through sensible options. They were also very open about potential side effects and aftercare, which I appreciated.
I went ahead with treatment and I’m genuinely pleased. My under-eye area looks visibly brighter and less dark, and the treatment to soften the lines around my mouth has created a refreshed, youthful effect while still looking like me. It’s exactly the natural result I wanted. If you’re considering subtle, well-judged aesthetics in Manchester, these are the people to see. Show less »

I would recommend them to anybody even remotely curious about their skin or aesthetic work, as they provide thorough options ranging from simple, conservative measures to injectables and take the time to discuss different treatment avenues in detail. I just want to say a big thank you to Andrew and Andy. I’ve been to quite a few places over the years for Botox and other treatments, but this experience genuinely felt different.

They took their time, asked the right questions, and showed real interest in what was bothering me and why I’d come in. It didn’t feel rushed at all or like I was just being moved through quickly. The advice felt honest and practical... including when not to do certain treatments. For example, they talked me through jaw filler but advised waiting until my weight loss is more stable, and suggested skincare I could use at home to treat other problem areas i'd raised. That kind of honesty is rare and really reassuring. And you're also getting treatment from two GPs as well who have that more well-rounded view.

In the end, for my first treatment I went ahead with Botox. But unlike other people I’ve seen they actually explained exactly what product they were using and why they use it, with a clear focus on men’s faces. The whole appointment was calm, thorough, and comfortable, and i'm so happy, the results have been the best I’ve had.

I’ll definitely be sticking with them going forward. Thank you both so much :) Show less »

I recently visited Andy and Andrew for Botox in two areas. Having attended several Manchester-based clinics over the years, this was by far the most thorough and knowledgeable consultation. It’s also the first time I haven’t needed a top-up at the two-week mark. I’m very happy with the results and would highly recommend!

Super impressed with Andy and Andrew at The Aesthetic Doctors MCR. They’re both highly professional and knowledgeable, with a calm, reassuring approach that makes you feel completely at ease. It’s amazing value having two experienced medical doctors involved - you can tell they genuinely care about achieving the best results. Would definitely recommend!

I was initially interested in facial botox and filler. I met with Andrew and Andy for a face to face consultation, and this was promptly followed up by a written recommendation (based on their knowledge and factors we had discussed). I opted for botox in 2 areas and have been very pleased with the results! (and the comms they've sent to check in on me). I 100% intend to continue treatment with Andrew and Andy :) Show less »
