I’d followed Dr Andy and Dr Andrew on Instagram for some time and was always impressed by how informative and in‑depth their content is. I’d been looking at a few different options, but knowing they are both qualified GPs really reassured me that I was in safe hands.
The booking process was quick and easy. When I arrived, the clinic was modern, clean, and easy to find. I was greeted by both of them, and we sat down for a chat about my goals. They really listened to what I was saying and clearly explained the technical side of what I’d mentioned, which helped me fully understand the process.
Once the consultation was finished, we got started. Having both doctors present genuinely made the experience enjoyable. They took their time, explained each step before beginning, and gave me opportunities to take breaks in between.
The follow-up has been just as good, easy to contact and, once again, excellent face‑to‑face service. We discussed future treatments, and although all the information was clearly explained, there was absolutely no hard sell at any point.
Overall, a 10/10 service from start to finish. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back.
