I had a fantastic experience with Ursula and would highly recommend her.

I recently had a facial, lip filler, and Botox, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The facial was incredibly relaxing—I actually fell asleep during the massage! My skin felt refreshed, hydrated, and glowing afterwards.

I was quite nervous about having lip filler and Botox because I wanted natural-looking results. The practitioner took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely at ease.

Had the best facial!! Even nodded off and snored during the aromatherapy face massage. Felt thoroughly refreshed and drenched. The bed is heated which is lovely and relaxing. Ursula is lovely and friendly and very professional. She gave me some great skincare advice too for my dehydrated skin. I'll be visiting again soon!!

I had my first Hollywood bikini wax yesterday with Ursula, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I was quite nervous going in, but she immediately made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and even laughing throughout.

Ursula is so friendly, professional, and really knows how to put you at ease. She explained everything clearly and made what I expected to be a painful experience feel much more manageable.

Ursula was very friendly and professional. Unlike other places I have been to for treatments the waxing didn't hurt at all! She even included a treatment free of charge. Highly recommend
