I recently had botox and honestly couldn't be happier with the results. Mel was professional, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable.she took the time to explain everything clearly, listened to exactly what I wanted and made me completely at ease throughout the appointment. The treatment itself was quick and painless and the results are amazing, natural looking and still completely expressive. I look fresher and more rested without looking "frozen" which is exactly what I was looking for. You can really tell she cares about precision, safety and achieving the best outcome for her clients. Extremely pleased with mine and my daughters treatments. We have each had two treatments on different occasions now. Both of which have been amazing and look fab!!!! Went to Mel for some lip filler . After a terrible first experience with a different lady , she made me feel very comfortable and in safe hands , I’m so pleased with the results and I trust her very much !! She’s great and I will definitely be going again soon

Mel is absolutely amazing incredibly knowledgeable due to her extensive training and medical background ground being a long standing paramedic , she is thorough , gentle , kind and reassuring . I first visited when I was satisfied with results elsewhere , she was respectful understanding and really helpful and sorted my lips without issue .
The constant communication is fantastic I’ve messaged many time with questions when it was all new to me and she answered everything promptly and clearly , So helpful and reassuring !
The whole journey with Mel has been a dream each visit is fun minimal pain (it is a needle after all there is always a pinch )
And I always leave totally satisfied.

I feel Mel is always honest, telling me not only what treatments are suitable for my skin type but also what aren’t but also explaining why. Great service would highly recommend

I visited Mel for my lips and I also wanted something to enhance my face and proportions and Mel was excellent advising the best solution. Recommending chin filler when I was initially thinking about my cheeks but she definitely understood what would look best rather than allowing me to have anything I wanted. Mel was also very thorough explaining the procedures and the risks involved, she was very knowledgeable, more than I’d previously experienced with other aesthetic professionals.
