I must say, I have never enjoyed being touched by other people, and I was quite worried that I wouldn’t feel comfortable carrying out the sessions, but Stephanie is so welcoming! she always puts me at ease during the treatments and I know I can trust her 100%. Moreover, Stephanie is extremely professional, meticulous and knowledgeable, I wouldn’t want to receive the treatment by anyone else! I look forward to continuing with my top up treatments with her to maintain my incredible results.

I recently had my first full body laser treatment at the Windsor clinic with Stephanie, and it was a very disappointing experience. She initially refused to treat my belly and back, claiming that they were not included in the full body treatment. When I questioned her about this, she reluctantly agreed to treat half of my belly and half of my back. I felt insulted by her attitude and the way she treated me. She also neglected to treat my forehead, cheeks, and bikini areas properly. I was left feeling humiliated and regretful of spending my money at this clinic. However, at Linda's request, I went back for a second session with OLA, and it was a completely different experience. OLA was professional, kind, and made me feel that my money was well spent. I was shocked to find out that Stephanie had not applied sunscreen to my face after the treatment and had been preoccupied with her phone, taking multiple breaks during the session. I was deeply upset by her unprofessional and discriminatory behavior, and I am seeking a resolution for this treatment. I will not be recommending Stephanie to anyone. Show less »
