I attended for an initial free consultation. My first impression was the cleanliness and relaxed atmosphere. I had always said I would never have Botox or fillers but the knowledge and expertise that I was shown was so impressive that I decided to go ahead with the treatments and booked my appointment immediately.

She is friendly and pleasant and put me at ease.
Alanna took the time to explain why problems had arisen and what course of action she could take. Her attention to detail is remarkable.

Because the consultation was so thorough, and was completely tailored to my needs, I felt I couldn't be in better hands

It was my first time having Botox. She examined every inch of my face to ensure that everything would be symmetrical (especially because of Parkinsons so my face is mildly affected)

Allanna guided me through every step of the procedure and explained in detail what she was doing and why.
I soon realised that getting Botox - because of her gentle but efficient approach) of working - the process was virtually painless!
Allana gives a lot of aftercare information means i can take of my skin inside and outside of the salon.

Alanna at Clinique de Visage offers a highly professional and friendly service. She is very knowledgeable about the treatments she offers and tailors the treatment to the client. Well, had the jabs today, very professionally done. Anyone having doubts about having Botox, don't, the whole experience is nothing short of superb. So after three hours, I have a nice warm feeling in my shoulders as the botox gets about it's business. Finally, if you're anywhere near Dumfries and want to try Botox for an alliment, give them a ring, they treat you like royality.

Well, what can I say?  I'm certainly not a person to give feedback good or bad very often, however, this practice needs my serious praise.

Starting with the actual clinic itself, which is decorated to the highest possible standard, it has a very calming effect. The staff are nothing short of highly trained professionals with a feeling of natural client welfare at heart.

The treatment is administered under strict guidelines and really quite painless.
If you are thinking about Botox treatment, then pop in for a free chat, you wont look back.

I had a lovely experience at the clinic today. Alanna was lovely, really knowledgeable, and took the time to talk me through everything before starting the treatment. I already see a massive improvement but Alanna explained I will likely need another appointment to achieve the best results. I’m looking forward to visiting the clinic again — highly recommend!

Alanna made me so relaxed again, i`ve been a few times now, she talks through everything at first. The clinic was spotless. She was very knowledgeable with the things that i wanted her to attend to on my skin. Would recommend her for any skin problems etc..

Visited the clinic this morning for botox treatment to help treat my rosacea flushing. Alana was amazing, very professional and knowledgeable, i felt totally at ease. It makes a huge difference when the person treating you is lovely and down to earth. Thank you to the staff at the clinic for all their help. Highly recommended

I saw Alanna for some of my skin problems this morning followed by my 1st visit last month and this was by far the best experience I have had at a skin clinic. Despite how much work was needed to be done, Alanna is very personable and professional. She is reliable, honest and operate with integrity.
I recommend Clinique De Visage to anyone who is dealing with some skin issues.
Alanna always takes the time to answer any questions I may have, and provides me with all the options available- from products to procedures. She explains everything clearly, and gives you options, as well as educated explanations of each. She is also very compassionate. You can tell she really cares for her patients and how they are feeling during the entire procedure.
Right from the moment I walked into the clinic, the experience was amazing.
